Acording to the source (http://cornishmemory.com/), young Mrs Instance and Old Mrs Prout are in the doorway (right). Joe and Arthur Andrew are standing on the corner with Stanley Truran on corner (left) with butcher Blameys Jingle behind. The latter claim is only plausible if Joe is the young man in the cap on the left and Arthur is the boy on the right leaning against the lamp-post. Joe was born in 1889 and would have been 21. He emigrated to the United States two years later in 1912. Arthur was born in January 1899 and would have been 11 years old when this picture was taken.
